2-Colour Scheme
Colour impacts mood
If you didn’t know, colours have the ability to affect and trigger our emotions.
When designing a space it is always important to consider how you want to feel when you are in that space and bear this in mind when you choose your colour scheme, for example green reduces stress and blue has a calming effect!

3-Bring The Outside In
Plants = Posi vibes
As well as looking awesome and adding interest and texture to your decor, plants can have a really great impact on your well being! They can help improve your mood, reduce fatigue and lower stress and anxiety! So what are you waiting for? Go grab a plant! My personal faves are monsteras and fiddle leaf figs! Happy memories
I don’t know about you, but I love looking at old photos as they always bring back happy memories!
Why not create a gallery wall displaying your favourite family and pet snaps? If a gallery wall seems daunting, just adding a few happy photos around your house can be just as powerful!

5-Fresh Flowers

Buy yourself some blooms
What can make you smile more than seeing fresh flowers in the house? Tulips are my fave because they remind me of Spring and sunnier warmer days! Flowers always make a home feel fresh and more alive, so go buy yourself some fresh blooms and liven up your space!
